1.2. By using the bot — including by sending /start — the user accepts these Rules and the Privacy Policy.
1.3. These Rules form an integral part of the documents published on orgculture.ru.
The bot provides access to the site's informational materials (manifesto, texts, projects, recommendations) and lets users send a message directly — forwarded to the site operator, with the option of a reply.
Contacting the bot involves processing: Telegram ID and username, as well as the content of voluntarily sent messages (text, photos, documents, voice messages). See the Privacy Policy for details.
The Operator does not guarantee an instant reply to messages sent via the bot. The Operator reserves the right not to respond to messages containing abuse, spam, or unlawful content.
The Operator may amend these Rules. The new version takes effect once published on the site.
