Consents to the Processing of Personal Data

orgculture.ru · revised 26.10.2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Russian version is the governing text and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

These are the texts of the consents a person gives the Controller by ticking the consent box in a form on orgculture.ru or by pressing the confirmation button in the @orgculture_bot Telegram bot. Each consent is given by a separate action and only for its own form: ticking the box in one form does not mean consent in another. The consent box is never pre-ticked.

Consent does not replace the Privacy Policy and is not replaced by it: the Policy describes how the Controller handles data, a consent describes what a particular person agrees to.

The Controller is Konstantin Alekseevich Moshnikov, self-employed (payer of professional income tax), INN 471508674254, St. Petersburg, Russia, kostyamoshnikov@gmail.com.

1. Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1.1. By ticking the box consenting to the processing of personal data in a form on the site (or by pressing “✅ Yes, send” when sending a review in the Telegram bot), the data subject freely, of their own will and in their own interest gives the Controller consent to process the data they entered in that form — for the purpose of that form (clauses 1.2–1.5).

1.2. The brief on the Contacts page: name, information about yourself and the project, a contact for the reply (email, phone number or Telegram username), the task description, dates and budget if given. Purpose — to reply to the inquiry and prepare a proposal for services.

1.3. Signing up for the account: email address, name, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), saved site materials. Purpose — running the account: sign-in, saved items, order history, service emails (sign-in codes, password reset links).

1.4. Paying for a service or an invoice: email address, name, the service chosen, amount, YooKassa payment details (no card details), the receipt link; if a sole trader or a company pays — its name and INN. Purpose — concluding and performing the contract, taking payment, issuing a receipt in the “My Tax” app, handling contract-related requests including refunds.

1.5. A review of a text (the form on a text page or the Telegram bot): name or pseudonym if given (in the bot — the name from the Telegram profile if it is public, plus the Telegram ID and username), the review text. Purpose — moderating and publishing the review. Publishing itself is dissemination of personal data, for which separate consent is given under section 2.

1.6. In all forms the following is also processed: the IP address — as a hash, for no more than one day, only to limit the number of attempts (protection against password guessing and mass sending of emails); the date, time and version of the document the person agreed to.

1.7. Actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the parties in clause 1.8, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is mixed: with and without automation.

1.8. For these purposes the data is passed, to the extent necessary, to parties that process it on the Controller's instructions or take part in processing: Yandex.Cloud LLC — hosting of the site's functions and data storage (servers in Russia); the Controller's email service — sending emails; YooMoney NCO LLC (YooKassa) — payments and refunds; the Federal Tax Service of Russia (“My Tax” app) — data required for the receipt; Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — reviews sent through the form on a text page and messages to the Telegram bot. The data subject consents to such transfer. The current list is in clauses 5.3–5.4 of the Policy.

1.9. Valid until the purpose of processing is achieved or the consent is withdrawn (section 3). Retention periods — clause 5.5 of the Policy.

2. Consent to the Dissemination of Personal Data (Publishing a Review)

2.1. This consent is given under Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006, separately from the consent in section 1: by ticking the box consenting to publication in the review form on the site or by pressing “✅ Yes, send” in the Telegram bot. It covers data the subject allows to be disclosed to an unlimited number of persons.

2.2. The consent is given to Konstantin Alekseevich Moshnikov (details above).

2.3. Purpose of dissemination — publishing the review under the text on the Controller's site.

2.4. The information resource where the review is published: https://orgculture.ru — the page of the text the review is about (https://orgculture.ru/texts/…/) and its English version (https://orgculture.ru/en/texts/…/).

2.5. Categories and list of personal data allowed for dissemination: the name or pseudonym given by the author (in the Telegram bot — the name from the Telegram profile if it is public); the review text; the publication date. Other data — the Telegram ID, Telegram username, IP address — are not disseminated.

2.6. Publication terms: the name is optional — without it (or if the Telegram profile is private) the review is published under the Russian word for “Anonymous”. A review is published only after the Controller checks it; the Controller may decline to publish it. When sending, the subject sets no other conditions or prohibitions on the processing of the published review by an unlimited number of persons; they can be set by writing to the Controller, who publishes them on this page within three working days.

2.7. Valid until withdrawn. A request to stop dissemination (remove the review or the signature) is sent to kostyamoshnikov@gmail.com or via the Telegram bot; the Controller removes the review from the site no later than three working days after receiving the request (Article 10.1 of 152-FZ).

3. Withdrawing Consent

3.1. Any of the consents can be withdrawn at any time by writing to kostyamoshnikov@gmail.com; the consent under clause 1.3 — also with the “Delete account” button in the account.

3.2. Withdrawal is carried out within 30 days of receipt (Part 5 of Article 21 of 152-FZ): the Controller stops processing and destroys the data, except data it continues to process on another legal basis — for example, records of paid orders to perform the contract and handle claims under it (clauses 4 and 5.5 of the Policy).

3.3. Withdrawing consent does not make processing carried out before the withdrawal unlawful.
