1.1. The personal data controller is Konstantin Alekseevich Moshnikov, self-employed (payer of professional income tax), INN 471508674254, St. Petersburg, Russia.
1.2. This Policy is drafted in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006 and sets out how personal data of orgculture.ru users and its related communication channels (Telegram, email) is processed.
1.3. Using the site, contacting the Telegram bot, or using any other channel listed on the site constitutes agreement with the terms of this Policy.
Responding to users, including replies to inquiries and collaboration requests; concluding and performing paid-service agreements (production, promotion, website development, and other services provided by the Controller outside the site, by direct arrangement); improving the site; complying with the requirements of Russian law.
Name; phone number; email address; Telegram ID and username; message content — to the extent voluntarily provided by the user when making contact.
Anonymized technical data about site visits (cookies, click and on-page activity statistics) is also processed automatically via Yandex Metrica — see the Cookie Policy for details.
Consent of the data subject; performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or beneficiary; fulfillment of obligations under Russian law.
5.1. The Controller takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, or dissemination.
5.2. Data is not transferred to third parties, except where expressly required by Russian law, for anonymized statistics processed by Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC), or with the data subject's separate consent. Once the purpose of processing is achieved, or consent is withdrawn, data is destroyed or anonymized.
6.1. Users are entitled to: receive information regarding the processing of their personal data; request correction, blocking, or deletion of data that is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate; withdraw consent to processing.
6.2. Requests should be sent to kostyamoshnikov@gmail.com and must include the requester's full name, the email address used when contacting the site or bot, and the substance of the request. The Controller may ask for additional information needed to verify the requester's identity.
6.3. The Controller reviews the request and responds within 10 working days of receipt; this period may be extended by no more than 5 working days if the Controller sends the requester a reasoned notice stating the grounds for the extension (Article 20 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). If a request does not include the information specified in clause 6.2, the Controller may decline to process it, notifying the requester of the reason.
The Controller is liable for violations of personal data processing procedures in accordance with Russian law. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide.
The Controller may amend this Policy. The new version takes effect once published on the site.
