FAQ

A short guide to how the work is set up: what I do, what it costs and how long it takes, and how it is formalised. Didn't find your answer? Get in touch.

What exactly do you do?

Production, promotion and websites for theatre and arts projects.

  • A website built from your materials, together with the documents the site and bot need: privacy policy, cookie policy, bot rules, public offer.
  • Telegram and VK bots, so requests and reviews arrive in one place instead of scattered messages.
  • Scheduled autoposting and your own analytics alongside Yandex Metrica.
  • Monthly management and promotion: posts, content and ad accounts, following an agreed plan.

How much does it cost?

Current prices and terms are in the commercial offer, valid through the end of December 2026.

  • The final scope, price and timeline are fixed in the contract and statement of work after the brief.
  • Separately from the fee: the services a project cannot run without, such as a domain, subscriptions and, for promotion, an ad budget. Each is agreed before payment.

How long does a website take?

Up to a month, by agreement and depending on how complex the brief is.

  • Brief: what to show first, which materials already exist, budget and timeline.
  • Structure and a first draft: one section is agreed as a sample.
  • Build to the agreed structure, with interim reviews.
  • Launch and handover: a working site, source files and a maintenance guide.

Where do we start?

With the brief, on the Contacts page or in a chat with the Telegram bot.

  • Only two fields are required: how to reach you and what the task is.
  • Timeline, budget and who you are are optional: a project that is still at the idea stage, with no budget yet, is worth sending too.

How are the paperwork and payment handled?

A contract with a statement of work for each order, an acceptance act per stage or month, and a self-employed tax receipt.

  • I am self-employed under the professional income tax regime (NPD) and pay the tax myself: the client withholds no personal income tax and pays no social contributions.
  • One-off services: 50% upfront and 50% on completion; monthly management: 50% at the start of the month and 50% at the end.
  • Revisions are accepted within 14 days of presenting the result; after that, by separate arrangement.

Do you work with private individuals and with state institutions?

Yes. The contract is built for the type of client: a private individual, a self-employed person, a sole trader, a company or a state (municipal) institution.

  • With an institution, usually on its own contract form, with no advance payment and payment after acceptance.
  • With a private individual, in line with consumer protection law.

Who owns the website and the code?

You do: the rights to the code and design pass to the client on full payment.

  • I keep the right to show the finished work in my portfolio and case studies.
  • The project's working accounts (Google, Yandex, GitHub, the domain registrar, Bitwarden) are created for the project, and you hold the access.

Do you only work in St. Petersburg?

I live and work in St. Petersburg, but my projects are not limited to it.

  • For example, the Tochka Cuire festival in Stary Oskol, and Moscow venues for Robot Kostya.
  • For ongoing work, at least one in-person meeting a month; for a one-off service, an in-person meeting about it.
  • Every project gets a working Telegram chat.

When are you available?

Working hours are flexible and agreed with the client; Saturday and Sunday are days off.
